helpful staff efficient service convenient location
I found the staff helpful. Laundry service was efficient. My clothes were returned to my room quickly. The location is convenient, just a short walk to the skytrain. I would definitely consider staying again.
I noticed the absence of hair conditioner in the shower. Body lotion was provided instead. I think hair conditioner should be offered.

The room was clean. A sofa was also included. The maintenance staff consistently replaced drinking water and coffee capsules. That's a HUGE plus.

The hotel sits in a quieter section, easy to navigate using ride-hailing apps. The skytrain is accessible within ten minutes on foot. The hotel provides a shuttle service to the station every half hour.

I found the room modern and spacious, the city views added a touch of magic to the experience. the bed was comfortable, it was like sleeping on a cloud! the variety of amenities provided. the staff prepared a special, romantic gesture for our anniversary. It was lovely!
the location was slightly further from public transport, it required a bit more planning for our travels.

My room had a king bed and separate living area, it offered ample space. the bathroom featured both a soaking tub and walk-in shower, it was a beautiful setup. complimentary toiletries were provided daily. These smelled divine.

The hotel is near the bts skytrain station, this provides access to many attractions. a complimentary tuk-tuk service to the station runs regularly. It's very convenient! several restaurants and shops are within walking distance.

the facilities are clean and modern. the staff are respectful and helpful. a variety of options were available during breakfast, including fresh fruit and delicious meals.
the location was not ideal. it felt far from the main spots. i stayed for five days, and they did not change the sheets even once.

the studio premier room was a fully-equipped studio. it included a work desk and kitchen area. i found a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and kitchenware. the bedroom had a large, comfortable bed and a big window.
i noticed the pool was a bit small.

the staff were super friendly here. they also offer a free shuttle to the bts train and a 7-eleven nearby. my room was spacious and clean it had a bidet too.
i felt the room could have been cleaner. the decor seemed a bit worn despite looking modern. i also thought there should be more than one washer and dryer for a hotel this size.

helpful staff peaceful neighborhood amazing host
the staff is helpful and the location great. it is near the bts station and situated in a peaceful neighborhood. mr tan was an amazing host.
the breakfast offering fell below industry standards. the lack of variety in pastries was noticeable and there was no daily offering of meats. it was not enough.

The pool is on the 3rd floor and is a good SIZE. the gym has a few pieces of equipment, including treadmills and stationary bikes. That is enough for a good workout.
